CDN Charges
For outbound CDN Bandwidth, we levy a rate of £0.02 per GB. In a customer-centric approach, all incoming traffic from your server to our network is exempt from charges. We place no restrictions on minimum or maximum usage; you pay only for what you consume. Furthermore, there are no constraints on the number of requests you can make—they're unlimited and cost-free.
DNS Charges
Our DNS service incurs a cost of £0.40 per 1 Million DNS Queries. Similar to our CDN charges, there are no imposed minimums or maximums; you're billed based on your actual usage.
Account Balance
To maintain your account in good standing, it's imperative to uphold a positive (or neutral) Account Balance. We diligently send email notifications when your balance approaches a low threshold and daily reminders if it falls below zero. In the event of a negative balance, prompt action is vital. Failing to top up within a few days will lead to the suspension of your account until the balance is rectified. You have the option to manually replenish your account balance or configure automatic top-ups for an amount of your choosing, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
